Non-Returnable Items

Opened, partially used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery through our customer support team.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned item.

Replacement Option

Customers may choose a replacement of the same product if stock is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, but once shipped, they are not eligible for cancellation.
