Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
Timeframe for Returns
You must notify us of any issues and request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted.
Return Process

Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Certain promotional items and gift cards may also be excluded.
Exchange Policy
